Support Our Mission

Annual Fund Header

As a nonprofit museum complex, Thanksgiving Point relies on support from the community to provide high-quality, one-of-a-kind learning and family friendly experiences. Donations support youth programs like Summer Day Camp Adventures, family events like the Tulip Festival, and adult education classes in cooking and horticulture. Your contribution, no matter the size, is greatly appreciated, and will help enhance quality of life for all Utahns.

About us:

Founded in 1996 by Alan and Karen Ashton, Thanksgiving Point Institute is a nonprofit organization with a mission to change lives through hands-on discovery. Located at Utah’s population center, Thanksgiving Point attracts more than 1.6 million guests annually. The Institute’s guests have the opportunity to milk a cow at Farm Country, unearth fossils at the Museum of Ancient Life, and experience the world’s largest manmade waterfalls at Thanksgiving Point Gardens.

Your generous and loyal commitment helps bring the community together and cements Thanksgiving Point’s legacy for future generations.
