If you love to cook, entertain, or just appreciate the pleasure of great food, our premium private cooking classes are guaranteed to inspire you. Thanksgiving Point’s beautiful country-style Emporium Kitchen is the place to learn time-saving tricks and to discover new baking, grilling and entertaining techniques. Cooking classes are two hours and are limited to 14-20 participants to create an effective teaching environment and pleasant setting for your group. The freshly prepared meal is served for your enjoyment.

*$60 per person, demonstration only – 20 participant limit (minimum of 12 required)

$65 per person, each class includes all materials 24 participant limit - minimum of 12 required.

Vintage Junque Wreath (pictured)– We provide an (almost) endless supply of seasonal material: white or brown coffee filters, tissue and tickets, baubles and bling. Use our junque and bring some of your own!

Chicken Wire Basket – Embellished with ribbons, burlap and flowers, this beautiful basket, hanging on your front door, will welcome all to your home.

Celebration Banner – Spell a family name or a new baby’s name or greet the new season with a custom paper banner. Lots of ephermera makes any occasion special.

BLOWN GLASS FLOWER

Wow… what a unique experience! You and your guests can create your very own blown glass art in our studio. This is sure to be an activity your group will remember fondly for years to come. It takes approximately 10 minutes per flower.

Museum of Ancient Life

The largest dinosaur museum in the world, offering more than 60 skeletal exhibits and a treasure-trove of other fossils with 50 displays you can get your hands on!

Farm Country

A variety of farm animals provide opportunity for fun hands- on learning. With each admission, each child receives a pony ride and each family receives a wagon ride.

Thanksgiving Point Gardens

Nestled between the fairways of the Thanksgiving Point Golf Course, this 55-acre garden features 4 miles of walkways through 15 themed gardens and the largest man-made waterfall in the Western Hemisphere. Children’s Discovery Gardens These gardens include fun activities for children at Bear Country, the Hedge Maze, and Noah’s Ark water feature.
