summary

Say aloha to summer with great food, leis, tiki torches, and live entertainment at the annual Labor Day Luau. The luau features dancing from the UVU Legacy Dance Group representing various cultures of Polynesia including Samoa, Tonga, New Zealand, Hawaii, and Tahiti, plus the ever-popular fire knife dancers.

Doors open at 5 pm starting with dinner. Be sure to check out all the great activities before the luau including the Keiki fashion show where children will demonstrate and model Polynesian attire from all the different islands, and the Samoan fire cooking demonstration where you’ll see how Polynesians start a fire with coconut fiber.

*Please bring a blanket or low chair for this event; seating is not provided in the amphitheater.
